Lisboa
Legal regime in 2026: DL 124/2006 (municipal forest fire plan still in force)
Lisboa is a municipality in the district of Lisboa (sub-region: Grande Lisboa), covering 100 km² in 24 parishes. Only 14 % of it is forest land (woodland, scrub or natural pasture, according to the COS 2025 land-cover map): there, the strip around each house is 50 m wide.
The map finds 57 villages (groups of at least 10 buildings); the largest are Lisboa, Ameixoeira and Pontinha. 10 of them have forest land on more than half of the 100 m strip around them, among them Zambujal das Pedreiras, Alto do Chapeleiro and Carrascal.
