Entroncamento

Entroncamento is a municipality in the district of Santarém (sub-region: Médio Tejo), covering 14 km² in 2 parishes. Only 21 % of it is forest land (woodland, scrub or natural pasture, according to the COS 2025 land-cover map): there, the strip around each house is 50 m wide.

The map finds 11 villages (groups of at least 10 buildings); the largest are Entroncamento. One of them has forest land on more than half of the 100 m strip around it.
